Must be target oriented.

Responsibilities
:
Take full ownership of the sales and investment operations related to the Tourist Palace Hotel & Suites 5-star project in Cox’s Bazar.
Develop and execute strategic plans to sell equity shares of the hotel property to individual and institutional investors.
Lead, supervise, and grow a high-performing sales and investment team with a focus on achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Identify and connect with potential investors, conduct meetings and presentations, and build long-term client relationships.
Design and implement sales funnels, investor pitch decks, and lead generation campaigns to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), real estate investors, and businesses.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and promotional activities specifically targeted at the investment sector.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide detailed reports on sales performance, investor feedback, and market trends.
Ensure legal compliance, documentation accuracy, and due diligence during the share sales process.
Develop and maintain a network of brokers, agents, and B2B channels to enhance reach and credibility.
Forecast sales projections and align them with company goals and development timelines.
Act as the face of the project to the investor community, attending events, forums, and exhibitions to promote the project.
