Practical experience with social compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.) is highly preferred.

Kattali Textile Limited (KTL)—a reputed and growing RMG manufacturer—is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and elevate our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and a hands-on approach to workforce development in the RMG industry.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and buyer Code of Conduct requirements.
Manage HR documentation, audits, and social compliance readiness with experience in handling Nirapon, Better Work, Wrap, and Sedex.
Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with the company’s values and production goals.
Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
Design and implement training and development programs to upskill staff and improve retention.
Foster a positive, safe, and efficient working environment across all departments.
Support production teams and management in achieving manpower efficiency and labor stability.
