Age at least 30 years
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in in similar position in NGO/INGO
Working experience with migration related projects will add value.
Excellent computer skills in word, excel and internet using is an advantage.
Strong report writing skills in English. Bangla typing skill is most needed.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local context and cultural sensitivities.
Strong understanding of gender and diversity issues.

Responsibilities
:
Coordinate and support the field team in the implementation of the project activity.
Maintain close contact and build up relations with the field operational team, local community, local government and different stakeholders regularly.
Organise training, consultation, workshop, inception, awareness activities etc; as well as take part in various programmes at the national and grassroots level.
Maintain liaison with the government, NGOs, INGOs and different stakeholders specially training & skill development organisation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual issue-based reports and other relevant documents.
Lead awareness campaign at field label.
Develop training module, meeting minutes, case stories and other relevant reports and documentation.
Prepared report for assigned work.
Provide legal assistance to the affected migrant workers and their families.
To find out the development area in the training materials, the evaluation system also follows the training matrix.
Monitoring of field activities and field visits regularly.
Any other related task assigned by RMMRU authority.
