Handle recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes and annual increment.
Preparation and managing workers and staff’s personal files, update leave state and Monthly salary sheet.
Payroll Management.
Preparing appointment letter & offer letter of respective employees.
Deal with recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and Orientation.
Facilitate training and awareness sessions for the workers.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures and welfare issues.
Maintain compensation & benefit program for all employees.
Manage & Process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting.
Prepare and maintain attendance data for the particular month with 100% accuracy.
Enter details of the newly joined and leaving employees into the Software and update regularly.
Regularly update the management on regulatory changes affecting the payroll structure.
Analyze manual and system attendance data and prepare reports.
Processing of special payments like Bonus, Annual Increments.
Process joining of new employees and ensure compliance check.
Update HRIS according to employee information after joining.
Maintain attendance data, calculate OT.
Manage all types of administrative functions (canteen management, premise cleanliness and staff schedules, car pool management, facilities management and so others)
