  • Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in general administration, with demonstrated success in managing a team and implementing policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities : We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Executive to join our General Administration Department. The ideal candidate will manage key administrative functions across the organization, demonstrating proactivity, efficiency, and reliability. We seek someone with strong integrity, honesty, and excellent interpersonal skills. If you think you have what it takes to thrive in the position, we are ready to meet. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and coordinate all administrative activities, including office maintenance, supplies distribution, vehicle pool management, guest management, program arrangements, etc.
  • Provide relevant stakeholders with administrative support on a day-to-day basis as part of the regular operations.
  • Assist and coordinate administrative supporting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist timely and accurate processing of conveyance bills, debit vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and other financial processes.
  • Ensure that the official vehicle registration, tax tokens, and all pertinent documentation remain current and up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities and prepare reports as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products are delivered on time.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and report to Managers or Sr. Managers for implementing changes as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient collaboration.
  • Assist in organizing organizational events, programs, annual outings, etc.
  • Ensure workstations for the new joiners and provide support for smooth workstation shiftings.
