Responsibilities
:
Supervise nursing students during various clinical rotations, guiding them in patient care, treatment procedures, and evaluating their clinical performance.
Clearly communicate with students, clinical site staff, and other relevant professionals to ensure shared understanding of training goals and expectations.
Teach nursing procedures, care protocols, and accurate medical documentation during clinical sessions.
Coordinate with clinical sites to schedule student shifts appropriately.
Prepare course outlines and conduct regular theoretical classes.
Conduct both internal and external examinations as required.
Develop and deliver course lectures; share lecture materials with the Course Coordinator and Principal.
Facilitate clinical practice sessions in affiliated hospitals.
Prepare and review question papers for internal assessments.
Participate in the development and revision of nursing curricula.
Assign and evaluate homework and other student assessments.
Supervise practical sessions in laboratories and clinical settings.
Compile and prepare examination results.
Monitor and check students’ tuition books and attendance records.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal.
