  • Well versed in computer application.
  • Excellent communication ability both in written & spoken English.
  • Experience : At least 10 years
    Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve retail sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lifestyle and footwear brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & merchandising team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about new products and services within industry.
  • Follow up and coordinate with other departments related to sales orders.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and regularly report to management on sales activities and performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate leads for new customers and onboard new sales areas/outlets.
  • Meet individual sales targets to contribute to monthly and yearly team targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
