Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills (for ERP errors, user issues).Excellent communication (to train users, explain technical concepts simply).Customer service mindset (patience, responsiveness to end-users).General knowledge of the garments industry, and how operations in the production process are carried out. (Optional).An accounting degree/diploma will be highly preferred.Strong knowledge of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, stored procedures).Should have knowledge in Power BI or any data analysis tools.Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities and knowledge of data security, compliance, and audit requirements. |

| Responsibilities |

Provide first-line and second-line support to ERP end-users (employees, departments).Perform routine ERP system checks to ensure smooth operation and maintain ERP documentation (reports, user manuals, FAQs, BRD, SRS).Coordinate with vendors/developers for bug fixes and error.Assist in testing new ERP modules, integrations, or updates.Ensure data integrity and security compliance.Identify recurring issues and propose long-term fixes.Work with business teams to optimize ERP workflows.Assist in ERP upgrade/new module implementation projects.Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.Gather user feedback to improve ERP usability.Create step-by-step guides & video tutorials for common ERP tasks.Analyze the database structures and SQL queries, write queries, and measure the query performance.Generate and customize ERP reports (financial, production, payroll, etc.) for departments. |
