Job Context:Helium Restaurant is a rapidly growing chain restaurant brand. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain standard procedures across all outlets.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of all Helium outlets and ensure smooth workflow.
Set and maintain high standards for food quality, hygiene, service, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate with outlet managers, chefs, and service teams.
Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure cost control.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
Plan and implement training and development programs for outlet teams.
Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism.
Report to top management with regular performance updates and operational insights.
Play an active role in the opening of new outlets and implementing brand standards.
Set sales targets and create financial plans with clear budgeting.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to align Helium’s operations with international standards.
Help increase outlet profit by reducing unnecessary costs and improving team performance and sales.
Manage of cost of goods sold (COGS) & check all petty cash expenses.
Follow-up Daily, Weekly, Monthly Projected Sales vs. Actual Sales.
Ensure proper supply chain management and look after outlet security issues.
Regularly observe market competitors, review customer complaints, and stay updated with government rules to guide management decisions.
Support the recruitment of outlet staff and ensure smooth co-ordination with the HR department throughout the hiring process.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
