  • 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or production, preferably in footwear and accessories.
  • Advanced certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar) are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leading quality teams, managing quality systems, and conducting factory audits.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to pitch products effectively.
  • Proficiency in using quality management tools and software for inspections, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities : We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager, Quality Assurance and Inspection (Footwear and Accessories), to oversee and maintain the quality standards of our products. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production teams to deliver top-quality footwear and accessories that meet customer expectations and company standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control systems and procedures to monitor every stage of the shoe manufacturing process.
  • Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and address any deviations from quality standards and work with production teams to rectify issues.
  • Analyze quality data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in product quality.
  • Continuously strive to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure a culture of quality consciousness and accountability among all employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.
  • Prepare quality reports for management and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the consistent quality of raw materials and components used in shoe production.
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry quality standards and regulations relevant to the footwear manufacturing sector.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all applicable quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with international and company-specific quality standards, including durability, safety, and performance benchmarks.
  • Manage pre-production, in-line, and final product inspections to ensure consistency and adherence to quality specifications.
  • Work closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure alignment between quality standards and product objectives.
  • Support product development teams in prototyping and testing phases.
