The PMO Manager will lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) at BYSL Global. This role focuses on enhancing project efficiency, upholding rigorous internal compliance standards, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring comprehensive performance tracking across projects and departments. The PMO Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive alignment with organizational objectives, and ensure that project outcomes meet quality, timeline, and compliance expectations.Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate interdepartmental communication to align BYSL’s strategic goals across divisions.
Lead the scheduling, planning, and execution of interdepartmental meetings and project reviews.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of assigned projects by managing coordination efforts across departments.
Oversee compliance across all divisions, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, review, and finalize SOPs and policies.
Optimize resource allocation across departments, ensuring efficient support to meet goals.
Maintain and update the Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) and RACI Matrix, clearly defining roles and responsibilities.
Coordinate with HR to verify and validate resource requirements and oversee recruitment needs based on project demands.
Implement a structured performance management system, setting and evaluating KPIs at sprint, Quarterly, and individual levels.
Review, verify, and ensure cross-functional alignment of Quarterly Goals and Sprint Goals to maintain consistency across departments.
Regularly assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement across project and departmental outcomes.
