Other Requirement
:
5–8 years of professional experience in knitwear fashion design (Knit Garments).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CorelDRAW, and 3D design tools like CLO 3D or similar.
Strong sketching ability, visual storytelling, and understanding of garment construction.
Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, color theories, print techniques, and knit fabric behavior.
Excellent communication, time management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities
:
Design and develop fashion-forward knitwear collections in alignment with market trends and seasonal forecasts.
Create detailed 2D/3D sketches, tech packs, and mood boards for internal and client presentations.
Demonstrate strong understanding of fabric construction, print techniques, and garment finishing specific to knits.
Oversee the entire sample development process – from concept to final product – in collaboration with sampling, merchandising, and production teams.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inspire design innovation and meet client expectations.
Ensure timely delivery of all design components, maintaining high standards of creativity, quality, and accuracy.
Liaise with internal departments and buyers to incorporate feedback and finalize collections.
Assist in developing design strategies and seasonal lines as per brand identity and business goals.
Undertake additional design-related responsibilities as directed by the management.
