Educational Requirement :
Other Requirement : Educational & skills requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Candidates having English language skills and foreign experience will be preferable.Experience requirement: At least 10-15 years of experience in a similar position in the Logistics and Procurement department or Facilities Management of any organization or MNC.

Responsibilities : Job responsibilities:- Introduce Inventory Logistics & Procurement software in accordance with the standard policies;- Ensure compliance with national and international procurement laws, university regulations, and best practices; Evaluate vendor & comparisons;- Oversee the procurement of goods, services, and works necessary for academic and operational activities;- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms for the university;- Ensure transparent, competitive, and ethical bidding processes;- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance for quality, cost, and timeliness;- Coordinate the logistics of receiving, storing, and distributing supplies, equipment, and materials across departments and offices of the university;- Optimize transportation and delivery systems to ensure cost-efficiency and timely availability of resources;- Implement inventory management systems to minimize waste and prevent stock-outs or overstocking;- Ensure cost-effective procurement practices while maintaining quality standards.- Report on procurement and logistics activities;- Maintain records of all procurement transactions for audit and review purposes;- Implement technology and software solutions to streamline procurement and logistics processes;- Act as a liaison between the university and external suppliers or contractors;- Other responsibilities as assigned by the university authority or the BoT.
