Major Responsibilities:
Necessary reporting to the Project Manager.
Coordinate and organize trainings, workshops and mass campaigns with govt. organizations, civil society groups, CSOs and other stakeholders at the upazila and district levels.
Maintain liaison with communities, local government, administration, media, civil society and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare necessary training materials & training manuals.
Provide necessary support to project staffs and initiate capacity-building and skill development initiatives.
Plan, organize, direct, and monitor all capacity-building activities.
Prepare detailed reports, case studies and documentation.
Supervise and provide daily support to Sr. Officer, IWRM & Private Sector Integration; Sr. Officer, SWM & Private Sector Integration and Sr. Officer, Gender & Stakeholder Engagement.
