USTC Complex, Foy’s Lake, Khulshi, ChattogramJob Context:Department: Dept of MedicineApplications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H on the following terms and conditions:Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and physical examinations of patients;
Diagnose and treat common and complex medical conditions;
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies.
Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments.
Assist in emergency procedures and critical care when required.
Provide care for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, including emergency department and pediatric wards.
Participate in educational activities such as lectures, seminars, and case discussions.
Supervise and mentor medical students and junior residents.
Stay updated with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in Medicine.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, social workers, and other specialists.
Complete necessary documentation and reports related to patient care and treatment.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Engage in clinical research projects and contribute to research publications if applicable.
Participate in clinical trials and contribute to the advancement of medicine.
Any other task assigned by the authority.
