Master’s degree in liberal arts, Management, Business or a related field. MBA may be preferred.

Age at most 35 years
Minimum 03 years experience in relevant field in any reputed organization.
Training in related subjects, Bangladesh Labour Law may be preferred.
Computer literacy particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

Job SUMMARY:Responsible to the Manager Administration or any other competent authority for providing security, protocol, housekeeping, proper supervising of Nursing Hostel, other accommodation of Ibrahim Cardiac, Laundry and CSSD services. The incumbent will take step & implement dynamic idea for providing best environment & services in Housekeeping, Laundry, CSSD, Security & Nursing Hostel. The incumbent will be also responsible for protocol of local/foreign delegation and processing of visa of foreign delegation /expertise and employee of Ibrahim Cardiac. The incumbent will manage vehicles services of Ibrahim Cardiac. Normally, his/her duty will be general office duty but he/she will be ready to come in the office anytime including holydays if necessary. The incumbent will remain alert throughout his/her duty hours and frequently visit all areas of the hospital.ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS:
To maintain the protocol & services of the hospital properly and effectively
Responsible for protocol of local/foreign delegation and processing of visa of foreign delegation and employee of Ibrahim Cardiac.
Taking step & implement dynamic idea for providing best environment & services in Housekeeping, Laundry, CSSD, Security & Nursing Hostel.
Manage & maintain vehicles and ambulance services of Ibrahim Cardiac.
Ready to come in the office anytime including holydays if necessary
Remain alert throughout his/her duty hours and frequently visit all areas of hospital.
Develop excellent interpersonal skills and rapport with all peers and colleagues.
Provide necessary support to conduct various event management.
Keep updated all types of legal documents like Hospital License, Trade License etc.
Provide support in legal issues.
Carry out other tasks assigned by any other competent authority.
