Job ContextApplications are invited from qualified, energetic and self-motivated candidates for the position of Patient Care Supervisor, IAHS-H on the terms and conditions mentioned below:Job Responsibilities:
To ensure the high-quality care of the patients and their needs are met promptly.
To develop and manage staff schedules for ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
To monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
To respond on emergencies and unexpected situations efficiently and calmly.
To provide support regarding orientation and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
To collaborate with medical staff to implement and monitor patient care plans.
To collect and analyze feedback from patients and staff to identify areas for improvement.
To ensure the proper services of nursing staff, support staff, and other healthcare employees.
To support the evaluation procedure of staff performance and address any issues or concerns.
To follow the hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
To prepare and submit reports on floor operations, incidents, and patient care outcomes.
To arrange regular briefings with staff to discuss updates, changes, and important information.
To ensure the emergency procedures are followed and staff are trained in emergency protocols.
To maintain accurate records of incidents, staff attendance, and patient care activities.
To implement and monitor changes aimed at enhancing the quality of care and operational efficiency.
To provide support and guidance to concerned staff to foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
To execute any other duties as directed by the authority.
