Educational Requirement
|
• Minimum Post-Graduation from a recognized university with no 3rd division/class or equivalent result in any academic level.
Professional Certification• Banking Diploma (JAIBB/DAIBB) and relevant professional training in credit, foreign trade, AML/CFT or branch management will be preferred.

Experience Requirement• Minimum 16 years' relevant experience with at least 1.5 years as SAVP or equivalent.
• Candidates must have substantial branch-banking experience with proven exposure to business development, credit, general banking, foreign trade and branch operations. Candidates currently serving as Branch Manager or in an equivalent branch leadership role, with 2-3 years of experience in that capacity will be given preference.

Job Context• The Branch Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for branch business, profitability, service, credit quality, operations, compliance and people leadership, with a clear mandate to develop the local market and protect the Bank`s risk and control standards
Responsibilities• Business & Profitability: Lead branch planning and deliver targets for deposits, loans and advances, trade, remittance, cards, fee income and profitability.
• Relationship Management: Develop quality customer relationships, identify local business opportunities and ensure effective cross-selling across customer segments.
• Credit Quality: Maintain disciplined sourcing, appraisal support, documentation, monitoring, early-warning action and recovery follow-up.
• Operations & Service: Ensure smooth general banking, cash, clearing, remittance, account opening and other branch operations with strong dual control and customer service
• Compliance & Leadership: Ensure strict AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions, audit and security compliance while coaching staff and maintaining a professional, accountable branch culture.
