Responsibilities
:

Should be competent to communicate with the Buying House/Liaison Office, Factory people, and other departments.
Must be capable of dealing with Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities, including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation, and sourcing.
Must be capable of arranging all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
Must be capable of acting as a coordinator among all concerned parties to ensure the timely execution and shipments of orders.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
Able to bring new business in.
Costing of Product/Garments; Coordinate with the Factory team for better execution of Production.
Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment, maintaining effective TNA.
Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
