Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth workflow.Develop and implement restaurant service standards, menus, and operational strategies.Lead, trained, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high-quality service.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel brand standards.Coordinate with kitchen, Pool bar, and banquet teams for seamless F&B service.Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.Monitor restaurant sales, analyze financial performance, and implement revenue-boosting strategies.Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing activities in coordination with the sales team.Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for guests. |
