Skill Requirement• Digital product strategy, customer journey design and product lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of payments, digital channels, APIs, fintech partnerships and digital controls.
• Analytics, vendor management, stakeholder leadership and large-scale transformation execution.
Experience Requirement• Minimum 18 years' relevant experience with at least 1.5 years as SVP or equivalent.
• Strong leadership experience in digital banking, digital channels, payments, cards, fintech, technology-enabled products or transformation is required Candidates currently serving as Head of Digital Banking, or in an equivalent role, with 2-3 years of experience in that capacity will be given preference. Strong market exposure and proven experience in leading teams, marketing and operations will also be preferred.

Job ContextThe Head of Digital Banking will own the digital banking roadmap across mobile and internet banking, onboarding, payments and channel integration, taking products from business case and design through launch, adoption, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.Responsibilities• Digital Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for mobile/internet banking, digital onboarding, payments, QR, cards/channel integration, APIs and emerging digital services
• Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from customer research and business case through design, launch, adoption and enhancement.
• Growth & Adoption: Increase digital customer acquisition, active usage, transaction volumes, fee income and migration from manual service journeys
• Control & Resilience: Partner with ICT, Information Security, Operations, Risk and Compliance to ensure resilience, cybersecurity, data protection, fraud controls and regulatory compliance.
