Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing our social media marketing, advertising campaigns, SEO efforts, and overall sales generation strategies. This role will also involve leading a team of customer support (In office and outside office) and tele-sales representatives, as well as developing effective sales strategies to optimize performance and drive growth.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify opportunities to generate sales through various channels, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Lead Creation: Utilize the Shopify platform and other tools to generate leads, nurturing potential customers through effective communication and marketing techniques.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of customer support and telesales representatives, providing guidance on customer engagement, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Sales Strategy Development: Work collaboratively to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals, adjust tactics based on market trends and consumer behavior.
Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage targeted advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads) to increase traffic and boost sales on the Shopify website.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, enhance website visibility, and increase qualified traffic to the site.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales processes.
Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Corporate Client engagement: Sometimes visit corporate client for our marketing purpose.
