Lead safe, effective workouts for individuals and groups, demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercises.
Create tailored fitness plans based on personal goals and fitness levels.
Supervise gym use, ensuring safety and compliance with university rules.
Conduct fitness assessments and offer guidance on nutrition and wellness.
Run group classes covering strength, cardio, and flexibility training.
Uphold hygiene standards and cleanliness in the gym area.
Administer first aid and report equipment issues or hazards.
Promote an inclusive, supportive environment for all gym users.
