• Minimum Post-Graduation from a recognized university with no 3rd division/class or equivalent result in any academic level MBA/MBM or Master`s in Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, Management or a related field is preferred.
Professional Certification• Banking Diploma and relevant professional certification in SME banking, credit, risk or relationship management will be an added advantage.

Skill Requirement• Small Business/CMSME strategy, relationship banking and portfolio development.

Candidates currently serving as Head of Small Business, or in an equivalent role, with 2-3 years of experience in that capacity will be given preference. Strong market exposure and proven experience in leading teams, marketing and operations will also be preferred
