Core Purpose of the JobProviding technical support and assistance to employees and clients facing issues with IT networks, identifying the necessary tools and requirements for support tasks, resolving technical issues, providing technical information related to IT hardware, systems, and software, maintaining records of technical support operations, and preparing and submitting work reports.Areas of Responsibility (AOR) / Duties
Providing technical support and assistance to employees and clients experiencing IT network issues, responding to their inquiries to resolve technical problems.
Identifying the necessary tools and requirements for supporting employees and clients, addressing any shortages, and escalating them to the relevant authorities for procurement.
Preparing, documenting, and archiving work reports.
Maintaining and organizing data and records related to all technical support operations based on approved best practices.
Providing technical information on IT hardware, systems, and software, and consulting IT specialists when facing complex issues.
