Urgent HiringClient Engagement:Proactively approach potential customers via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms to present our offerings.Product Promotion:Confidently explain and promote Goldsands Group’s projects and services, tailoring presentations to client needs.Lead Conversion:Identify high-potential prospects, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales, and ensure follow-through until the deal is closed.Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, service updates, and ongoing support.Team Collaboration:Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, CRM, Admin) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Target Achievement:Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals under supervision, maintaining accountability for your individual performance.Reporting & Documentation:Keep clear records of client interactions, lead status, and progress updates using assigned tools or formats.Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to enhance your selling strategy.
