| Responsibilities |

Lead the IT Department, overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems.Develop, implement, and maintain software applications using C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL and other platforms to support university operations.Collaborate with academic departments to integrate IT solutions into educational programs.Manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and availability of systems.Lead initiatives to upgrade university networks, databases, and digital platforms to meet modern standards.Oversee and manage IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across the campus.Ensure data protection, privacy, and security measures are strictly adhered to.Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions for the university.Train and mentor, the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. |
