Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance/ LLB/ LLM Course from any reputed institute will be given preference.Sound knowledge on BLL-2006, Amendment-2013 and BLR-2015 Should have sound knowledge in Accord/ Alliance activities, BSCI, OSAH, C-TPAT & EMS

Responsibilities
:
Develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
Maintain liaison with Buyers, Compliance Auditor/Third Party Auditors like Accord, Alliance /Compliance.
Ensure Social Compliance Audit like BV, WARP, SEDEX and Technical Audit like building safety audit, fair safety audit.
Prepared the CAP against buyer audit report with the help of Business unit HR team and send that CAP to the auditors and buyers and doing continuous follow up, encourage factories Management to complete the CAP.
Check the workers personal file, maternity file, disciplinary action file, resign worker file and leave register, monthly salary & OT sheet etc. in all business units.
Arrange and submit audit related fee to audit firm, collect date and fill up the assessment form for various buyers, follow & up-date the SGS, BV, Sedex ,BSCI, WRAP website data, assist the Business unit at the time of various audits.
Maintain liaison with managers of different factories & liaison with BGMEA, BKMEA and govt. Office Discuss and negotiate with the management regarding non-compliance findings with the Internal/External Social Compliance Audit especially where financial involvement is necessary, prepare compliance related manual, guide books for the business units.
Help team lead to develop team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem Collect date and fill up the assessment form for various buyers.
