Educational Requirement : HSC, Bachelor/Honors
Other Requirement :
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and discipline team members effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Attention to detail and time management.
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure.

    Experience : 2 to 4 years
    Responsibilities :
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of office staff including clerical, administrative, and support staff.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and use of office equipment.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure punctuality and discipline among staff.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely completion of administrative functions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and briefings to communicate expectations and share updates.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR rules, and labor laws of Bangladesh.
  • Supervise the office maintenance tasks.
  • Address employee grievances and escalate serious issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and inventory of office supplies.
