Responsibilities:
To prepare and issue purchase orders and to maintain information on suppliers, screens procurement requests, call for quotations and evaluate quotations and issue purchase orders to the competitive vendors.
Identify potential contract areas where efficiencies
Beating the tender, supervising and implementation, LC Opening from Bank in time as per requirement.
Taking Supply Chain Cost savings initiatives which contribution towards to bottom line of the business.
Studying the Possibility of provisioning of a cost-effective purchasing service in the corporation in accordance to the financial manual.
Ensure that the procurement procedures are in compliance with the financial and procurement manual of the company.
Assist Suupliers and banks with inforamtions during the process of purchase till the closer of the file. Checking / Verifying Documents received from Banks and Suppliers.
Control proper maintenance of records on office equipment's.
