| Responsibilities |
: |
Role Description:Manage life reinsurance treaty business for Life Insurance Companies & corporate clients.Assess and structure reinsurance support for employer-sponsored life insurance plans (GLI, GTLI).Evaluate risk exposures and pricing proposals, ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines.Liaise with cedants, brokers, and internal actuarial teams to finalize terms and conditions.Monitor portfolio performance and provide technical support for renewals and client engagement.Ensure regulatory compliance with IDRA norms and support audit & reporting requirements.Support business development teams with reinsurance solutions for EB tenders and RFPSkills Required:Strong understanding of life insurance products and group underwriting practices.Exposure to reinsurance contracts, pricing, and treaty negotiations.Proficient in Excel, actuarial modeling basics, and presentation tools.Strong analytical and communication skills. |
