| Responsibilities |

Role Description:Manage Reinsurance, Accounts, group health, personal accident, and non-life EB portfoliosHandle client onboarding, policy issuance, endorsements, claims coordination, and renewals.Collaborate with TPAs, underwriters, brokers, and wellness vendors to ensure service excellence.Analyze claims trends and suggests cost-containment measures to clients.Prepare MIS reports, renewal proposals, and client dashboards for review and decision-making.Liaison with Shadharan Bima Corporation (SBC)Ensure regulatory compliance with IDRA norms and support audit & reporting requirementsSkills Required:Thorough knowledge of group health/non-life products, underwriting & Reinsurance (Treaty & Fac).Experience with EB servicing, client relationship management, and claims support.Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Excel, and presentation tools.Familiarity with health analytics and TPA functioning is a plus. |
