Educational Requirement : BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed university.Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
Other Requirement :
  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law and Rules with its amendments.
  • For compliance applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accord/RSC, NIRAPON, Audit and Inspection, Better Work, BSCI, Sadex, WRAP.
  • The payroll candidates must have experience of payroll process through ERP system.
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Working knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Competent in verbal and written communication in Bangla and English.
  • Experience : 5 to 7 years
    Responsibilities : HRD:
  • Oversee recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs.
  • Support development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Handle employee engagement, grievances, and disciplinary actions per Bangladesh labour law.
  • Manage HR operations, maintain employee records (HRIS), and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, communication.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
  • Validate payroll data with Payroll and Audit teams.
  • Report daily activities to superiors and corporate HR head.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned.Admin:
  • Manage Administrative issues according to labor laws and standards.
  • Oversee daily operations of Administration in the factory.
  • Ensure all required licenses, renewals, and permissions for the factory.
  • Design and maintain administrative & human resource records.
  • Negotiate with government offices, local bodies, and third parties on administrative matters.
  • Liaise with agencies/organizations like BGMEA, BKMEA, BEPZA, compliance auditors, BERC, fire & civil defense department, labor office, environment office, and local influences.
  • Report daily activities to superiors and corporate HR head.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned.Compliance:
  • Ensure factories comply with social ethics and health and safety requirements.
  • Identify non-compliance issues through daily monitoring and internal audits.
  • Take corrective action by discussing with superiors about identified issues.
  • Ensure labor laws of Bangladesh, Factory Rules, buyers' COCs, and other legal instruments.
  • Monitor compliance certifications like BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, Betterwork, ACCORD/RSC, Nirapon, and manage their audits.
  • Handle all social audits for buyers and certifications.
  • Maintain compliance mechanisms and tools, and report statistics weekly, monthly, and yearly.
  • Update legal documents/certificates/licenses regularly by communicating with authorities.
  • Report daily activities to superiors and corporate HR head.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
