New Membership Acquisition: Identifying and contacting potential members, presenting membership options, and securing sales.
Member Retention: Providing excellent customer service, addressing member concerns, and encouraging renewals.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
Lead Generation: Identifying and nurturing potential leads through various channels.
Product Knowledge: Understanding and effectively communicating the benefits of membership packages and related services.
Customer Service: Providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to membership.
