AMAL is focusing in four different issues for underprivileged and deprived people. Our major focus is on Empowering Women.
AMAL- HEALTH It already runs a lot of health projects in different parts of Bangladesh (mainly Dhaka). Though its prime focus is health, it has worked in different sectors for making those unfortunate people’s lives better. It has run educational projects, new cloth distribution projects, relief distribution for flood affected people etc. For example- it has successfully finished relief distribution program in Sonpocha Chor, Sariakandi a few days earlier. This program helped nearly 2000 people with food, cloth, medicine, health checkup etc.We have recently setup our community clinic at shonpocha char. The very 1st clinic over there. Projects
AMAL: Health Camp in Schools AMAL Regularly organize health camp with free medical and dental checkup with medicines, vaccines and vitamins to children.Along with that basic treatment/check ups to the lpocals distressed people. AMAL: Health Camp in Slums AMAL Knows the conditions of hygines in slums and to facilate necessary medicines to protect people from diseases. AMAL is working in Rayer Bazar Slum, Dhanmondi regularly and give free medical treatment to children and women. AMAL: HEALTH and HAPPINESS

Skilled in payroll, attendance tracking, and performance management.
Experience in procurement and office operations.
Self-starter with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
Manage onboarding and orientation to effectively integrate new hires.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR files, employee logbooks, and recruitment documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
Training & Development
Implement timely and cost-effective employee training programs based on development needs.
Policy Development & Implementation
Develop HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals.
Address employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Manage monthly payroll processing, integrating attendance, leave, and deductions.

HR Activities

Administration & OperationsOffice Management
Oversee procurement, inventory, equipment maintenance, and office logistics.
Operational Coordination
Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to internal procedures.
Develop and enforce administrative policies.
Guest & Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors, government bodies, and external stakeholders.
Manage guest relations professionally.
Banking & Financial Coordination
Execute banking tasks: payments, FDR/time deposits, and document handling.
Prepare and distribute bank letters and agreements.
Assist the Executive Director Support
Manage the Executive Director’s tasks, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support if needed.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Director.
Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, deadlines, and correspondence as directed.
General Administrative Support
Provide admin support: meeting coordination, agenda preparation, correspondence.
Manage operational expenses and maintain register books.
Strategic Initiatives
Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Additional Duties
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
