Shepherd Group, a Foreign owned leading name in Textile Industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance to join our team. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, Administrative operations, and Compliance functions of the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.
Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations including office management, facility supervision, and asset management.
Maintain strict compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
Develop and implement HR and compliance policies and procedures.
Provide strategic input to management on workforce planning and organizational development.
The incumbent must have sound knowledge about the foreigner Visa, Work Permit, Security Clearance and Home Ministry related issues and be able to handle the situations on time.
