All sales must be conducted in cash only.

Must be punctual, responsible and meet deadlines at one go.
Has to achieve sales target per month and per year.
Flexible & capable to tour anytime anywhere in Bangladesh.

Lead the sales, distribution, marketing and business development teams.
Manage overall business of dealer channel and ensure steady growth.
Manage Primary Sales, secondary sales and turnover.
Mange dealer’s credit, monthly business rolling and ROI.
Manage the sales, distribution, supply chain and trade marketing activities.
Formulate Sales Volume & Turnover Plans based on necessary market assessments and ensure targets achievements.
Ensure business capacity buildup of existing dealers.
Ensure market gap analysis and appoint new dealers.
Supervise and monitor the brand promoters.
Develop marketing strategies to promote products and compete in the market.
Review the business monthly and focus on distribution coverage expansion.
Prepare and implement strategies for business development.
Formulate action plans based on market dynamics and business needs. Unethical/unacceptable misbehave or involvement in any illegal work will be a reason to terminate you from the employment. You will have right to appeal for review by the Organization authority.
