Job Context:The Credit Monitoring Officer is responsible for overseeing the credit risk associated with the organization's accounts and hire purchase activities. This role involves continuous monitoring of credit exposure, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and implementing measures to mitigate credit risk. Duties & Responsibilities:
Checking Cash in hand between cash book & Software.
Creating Sales Invoice, Collection & LPR Receipt.
Providing daily visit report.
Verifying HP Customer before sale.
Checking Overdue collection & team work with PM, ASM.
Checking Credit Life Cycle (Documentation of Hire Purchase)
Checking Showroom managers are using instrument against bad or irregular hirer properly or not for smooth collection, instrument are promise to pay, very urgent notice, and final notice.
Visiting bad hirer’s address to check the customer’s address, product & related documents physically.
Checking bad accounts & try to help the plaza with installment collection.
Updating Hire purchase account balance to reconcile between plaza record & software.
Counting the physical stock of the plaza when needed.
Motivating plaza manager to follow the hire purchase policy properly.
Ensuring Cash book/ Stock register/ Hire register at Plaza.
Verifying stock register & physical stock on when visit plaza.
Finding potential area for new Plaza.
As per management requirement helping audit.
