Interpret and execute civil working drawings (e.g., site preparation, ground leveling, formwork, concrete foundation, and structural work).
Supervise day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring timely execution with quality control.
Manage and monitor finishing works (plaster, tile, paint, fittings, etc.).
Ensure proper curing processes are maintained.
Lead and coordinate with site supervisors, laborers, and contractors.
Communicate regularly with the head office and project coordinators regarding progress and challenges.
Inspect received construction materials, ensure quality and proper storage.
Prepare construction work schedules and ensure timely progress.
Maintain detailed site logs, reports, and photo documentation.
Follow safety and compliance standards on-site.
