Welcome all clients, visitors, guests and delegates into the front office in a professional manner, attend to their requirements and provide a courteous service, refer him/her to the related authority/official in order to portray a positive image of the company.
Respond to all telephone/calls, incoming/outgoing mails with required information in a good and courteous voice and manner.
Performing day to day basic Computer work and official documentation at front desk.
Maintain appointment diary of clients either manually or electronically.
Must be well conversant in phone calls.
Should have excellent interpersonal/ communication skills.
Maintain all records, security and telecommunications system related to Front Desk Operation.
Circulate instructions of the Management to the employees as and when required.
Maintaining good relationship with company employees.
Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner & Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
