Responsibilities
:
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.Prepare and review vouchers, bills, invoices, and journal entries ensuring accuracy and compliance.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Monitor cash flow and fund management to ensure liquidity and cost efficiency.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.Support internal and external audit processes.
