This role includes strategic planning, leading team and also career growth opportunities with Shanta Life.Recruit, train, and mentor new Relationship Officer (RO).Lead and manage a team of Relationship Officer (RO) to achieve sales targets.Develop and execute strategies to drive team performance and client satisfaction.Monitor and report on team performance, providing coaching and support as needed.Collaborate with branch management to align team goals with overall company objectives.Assist the operations of the Branch Office. |
