Experience : 10 to 15 years
Responsibilities :
  • To prepare the documments and obtain the various permission from RAJUK,NHA, Ministry of Housing & Public Works Department.
  • Land documents verification & collection from proper authorities.
  • Land use clearence/Estate clearence/NOC from RAJUK or other authorities
  • To obtain Civil Aviation clearence for building heights.
  • Plan approval from RAJUK.
  • Occupency certificate obtain from RAJUK for finished and completed building.
  • Environment clearence, Fire Service NOC from proper authorities.
  • Commercial conversion from RAJUK & other proper authorities.
