Japanese national with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, ideally in a key role at a Japanese organization engaged in Bangladesh projects
Proven record of working on overseas projects
Highly proficient in Japanese;
Fluent in English and Bengali
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, overlapping deliverables
Willingness to travel as required

Japan Solartech (Bangladesh) Limited is seeking a seasoned Japanese professional to serve as Chief Coordinator for our Japan Desk. In this role, you will oversee multiple Japanese business and projects in Bangladesh, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our organization, Japanese partners, and other stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects with various Japanese partners
Serve as primary liaison between Japanese companies and local teams
Facilitate clear, timely communication and reporting to all stakeholders
Track and compile detailed project reports and requirementsIdentify and develop new business opportunities in Japan for existing and prospective Japanese partners
Travel domestically and internationally as project demands
