| Responsibilities |
: |
Conduct engaging, creative, and punctual classes both online and offline.Take active measures to reduce student dropout through consistent motivation and follow-up.Communicate regularly with supervisors and coordinators, providing timely updates on class activities and student progress.Submit weekly and monthly class reports as required.Maintain accurate records of daily attendance for each student.Prepare and follow well-structured lesson plans aligned with the Kids Time curriculum.Build and maintain strong communication with parents to support each child’s learning and development.Collaborate with team members for lesson planning, course material preparation, and class facilitation.Actively participate in Kids Time programs, engaging with children to ensure enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences.Stay up to date with instructions, updates, and communications shared via email or designated platforms. |
