Responsibilities
:
Create and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality and reliability.
Oversee the procurement of materials, manage transportation and store, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, cost, and quality, and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions, delays, or quality issues.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Construction, Accounts & Finance etc. to ensure a seamless and coordinated supply chain.
