Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions: pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is must.
Familiarity with Tally, Zoho, or Xero is advantageous.

This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with national tax regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and optimizing accounting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in tax/VAT management, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, contributing to the organization’s fiscal integrity and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
Prepare and file accurate tax/VAT returns in compliance with NBR regulations & submission of vat return monthly basis.
Generate and submit Financial Statements to the National Board of Revenue (NBR) within deadlines.
Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial and auditing standards.
Monitor updates in tax/VAT laws and implement necessary adjustments for compliance.
Streamline accounting workflows using advanced software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally etc. & Excel).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and cost efficiency.
