Experience : 5 to 6 years
Responsibilities :
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining the facilities budget. 
  • Prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for cost savings. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable. 
  • Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
  • Maintain records of facility assets, warranties, and maintenance history. 
  • Manage vendor contracts and payments. 
  • Assist with project planning and budgeting for facility projects.
