The position also supports the GM/DGM/AGM of Medical Services and the Director of Medical Services (DMS) in managing hospital operations, maintaining patient care standards, and ensuring coordination among consultants, and medical and non-medical staff. The role is essential for achieving operational efficiency, high-quality patient care, and effective department communication.Job Summary:This Position will assist in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Medical Services Division, supporting staff coordination, and maintaining quality standards. Ensuring seamless real-time service monitoring and file review through structured, and semi structured tools on patients care.

Carrying out comprehensive performance evaluation to monitor staff effectiveness and suggest enhancements
Gathering and analyzing patient experience and feedback to enhance service delivery and patient-centric care
Organizing and leading training programs to enhance staff capabilities and support ongoing professional growth
Conducting data analysis, maintaining hospital data records, and supervising hospital indicators for data-driven decision-making
Copywriting for hospital branding to enhance the hospital's image and communicates its commitment to excellence and patient care
Analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular hospital floor visits to monitor and proactively address any issues based on structured tools
Organize training programs for medical, nursing staff as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
To ensure that professional standards are maintained in the provision of services within the general guidance in practice at the hospital or according to the SOPP of BSH
