Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery recognized by Bangladesh Nursing Council with minimum four (04) years’ experience.
Other Requirement

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 4 years of ICU or cardiac care experience or relevant area will be considered.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Incharge- Cardiac ICU Nurse to join our critical care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients with severe cardiac conditions in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). You will work closely with consultant, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals to monitor, assess, and treat patients who require constant cardiac monitoring and life-saving interventions. As a Incharge of Cardiac ICU Nurse, you will be expected to manage complex cardiac cases, including those involving heart attacks, arrhythmias, heart failure, and post-operative cardiac surgery patients.Responsibilities:
Managing the unit's operations, ensuring patient care quality, and leading the nursing staff.
Monitor and assess critically ill cardiac patients in the ICU
Administer medications and manage IV drips
Operate and monitor life-support equipment
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on treatment plans
Respond to cardiac emergencies and perform life-saving interventions
Document patient care and progress accurately
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary rounds
Maintain a sterile and organized ICU environment
Preparing monthly roster for other nursing staffs & PCA.
Ensuring proper staffing and monitoring infection control.
Implementing healthcare protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining equipment functionality
Counseling staff, scheduling personnel, and participating in management discussions.
Carrying out any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Hospital Management.
